This is what I could find. It doesn't have a steering whee radiol control fuse but has 2 fuses for the radio. It seems to be the same panel across the board for BMW's. 4x4's, diesels, gas, 6 and 8 cylinders, etc. Hope it helps.

On the passenger side footwell. On the left, one philips screw to remove carpet panel. Black plastic piece needs to be removed, some have plastic nut to turn to remove. Some just pull towards the back of the car and down at the same time. Tucked in there is the blower resistor "blower switch" with a 4 or 5 wire connector on it. With right hand push on tabs and remove connector. Then with right thumb and index finger grab the blower resistors connector and with your middle finger push down on the plastic tab and pull out. When installing new one make sure to line up the guide pin.

Fuses & RelaysThe fuse box is located under the engine hood on the left side, near the upper strut housing or near the battery.
Various relays are also mounted on the fuse box for easy accessibility.

The flashers are located behind the bottom center of the lower instrument trim panel.
