Unfortunately there are some special tools required you will need to get to the turn-signal switch. Below is the procedure for replacing the turn-signal switch. Generally you can rent the puller from a local auto parts jobber or you can purchase one.
Good luck, let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Many vehicles use a turn signal switch that is separate from the multifunction switch. The steering wheel will have to be removed to gain access to the turn signal switch on these vehicles. The following procedure is a common method of turn signal switch replacement:

To remove the snap ring, use the compressing tool to relieve the pressure against the snap ring. Courtesy of General Motors Corporation, Service Technology Group.

There are special tools needed to go further. to depress the steering wheel lock plate and remove the snap ring. after you do that , there are screws and wires. the wire plug is lower down on the column',do yourself a favor and connect a sring or thin wire to the connector before you pull the wires out of the column, then attach the string to the new coonnector and pull it down through.
You took off the steering wheel now you are at the lock plate. this is a spring loaded plate you need a lock plate compresser to remove the thin lock ring.

SOURCE: How do you remove the windshield wiper arms
The wiper arms have a push in tab at the very bottom at the fitting that is pressed into the wiper linkage below the screen. Use a flat headed screwdriver to pry out the tab. Once out the arm can be pulled right off. Now you can remove the cowling screen
