While I understand this answer may be overkill, follow this link to an article about the engine cooling system. Look midway down the article for this sentence "More information about 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander Engine Cooling System service and troubleshooting, find here – 32 pages of PDF filetype" Click on the "find here" link which will prompt you to download a file 14_rar. Open it with any decompressing software (Winzip, WinRar) to find 14.pdf. Go to page 14-23 to see a diagram of where water pump is. It will also give you instructions on removing and replacing it. Good luck!

Show or explain how to replace cam sensor in 2003 mitsubishi outlander please?

How do you know the sensor needs replacing?

Was it looked at with a scan tool & component tested
& found to be bad?

Codes have nothing to do with replacing parts
They are used to diagnose the reason they are set

The internet has pictures of parts locations

That is a job for the the best of shops, to diagnose,
& actually find a problem

Coolant leak

It could be possible, but not likely. If the water pump was bad, your engine wouldn't have anyway to cool down and would over heat. Sounds like you just need to replace the radiator.

2004 mitsubishi outlander waterpump/timing belt issue.

If you know about timing belt driven water pumps.. you know that you have to reset your timing on the engine. If you think you can. Tear it down.. replace the pump. And go onto the internet and find that engine and ask for timing marks.. reset them.. and all will be fine.. hope this helps.

The outlander has no fuel filter and its a part of the fuel pump. When do I need to replace the fuel pump on my 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander?

Fuel pumps are not a regular maintenance item that needs to be changed at a certain time. Replace it only when it fails. The designers built that fuel filter into the tank with the reasoning that it will last as long as the fuel pump itself.

Noise from engine, oil indication on , before one year change balance shaft and bearings on mitsubishi outlander year 2004,4x4,suspect the same problem now?

do not run engine with red oil light on, it can cause severe damage. Check oil level first. If ok, then check oil pressure with a gauge. If oil is not low, you may have a clogged filter or a borlen oil pump inside the engine.

How do i change out my thermostat?

Removal & Installation
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable, then the positive battery cable.
CAUTION Wait at least 90 seconds after the negative battery cable is disconnected to prevent possible deployment of the air bag.
  2. Drain the engine coolant.
  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly.

  4. Remove the battery and battery tray.
  5. Matchmark the installed positions of the hose and hose clamp, then disconnect the lower radiator hose from the water inlet fitting.
  6. Detach the control hose electrical connection.
  7. Remove the control wiring harness connection bracket.
  8. Unfasten the retainer(s), then remove the water inlet fitting.
  9. Remove the thermostat.

To install:
  1. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure, noting the following:

Install the thermostat so the jiggle valve is facing straight up. Be careful not to fold or otherwise damage the rubber ring.

Fig. The thermostat-s jiggle valve must be facing up, at the 12 o-clock position during installation
Refer to the fastener tightening specifications shown on the accompanying illustration. During installation of the lower radiator hose connection, insert the hose as far as the projection of the water inlet fitting. Align the matchmarks on the hose and hose clamp, then connect the hose.

Fill the engine with the proper type and amount of engine coolant.
  2. Connect the positive, then the negative battery cables, then start the engine and check for leaks.
