I6 engine I take it? A very common problem is for the coil boots not to seat on top of the plugs correctly. Double check these, I see this error all the time and have done it myself. Feel or listen for the little click when re-installing the boots. Also, make sure your pcv hose on the plastic resonator is re-attached along with the tiny hose that goes to the fuel pressure guage, another thing that is commonly missed. Again, been there made that error.

sounds like you have a broken shifter cable.Go under the rig and shift the transmision manually.Put on the parking brake and on the drivers side of the trany should be the lever to move.Look for the broken part while you are there it will also help to locate the shift lever on the trany.

I WOTLD PULL THE SPARK PLUGS AND RECHECK THEM.I HAVE INSTALLED PLUGS AND CRACKED THEM OR BENT THE SPARK PLUG END CLOSED.LOOK FOR BLACK CARBON TRACS ON THE PORCELIN OF THE PLUG OR TORN BOOTS
