The best way to do this would be to get a plug from the junk yard..colors should match up and them get the correct integration harnes.

If the stereo was removed, the speakers may have been removed as well. Did you check if they are there?
Also, you need to make sure the car didn't have a Bose system installed - that system adds an amp between the radio and the speakers, and if the amp is in place, your aftermarket radio can't use it (if it is there or has been removed, you will have to bypass the connectors at the amp location so the wiring at the radio can reach the speakers directly).
In any case, you need to find and look up the entertainment system option installed when the car was built, and the get a wiring diagram for that system (try Alldatadiy.com).

Yellow wire on cd player is for memory and needs to be on constant voltage that doesn't shut off when car is turned off.
