It is normal for all cars that have an air conditioner. It is the condensation of the water in the passenger compartment air.

Like a house window air conditioner, the water collects on a pan and drips out a tube.

No antifreeze in what? the engine, or what's leaking on the ground? if leak is water, under the vehicle on the passenger side between the front of the door and behind the front wheel, it is coming from the air conditioner drain. It is supposed to do that.
If what's on the ground is antifreeze, check the heater hoses and control valve.

Why do I have cold ac on driver side and stale air on passenger side. what could itbe? and notice water and antifreeze on passenger side floor board well at least that what it smells like like to me.

antifreeze anywhere inside the cabin is a sign of a leaking heater core. Rub the liquid between two fingers. If it feels oily, it's coolant.

if is a slow leak and you don't hear a load hissing is ok! replace any hose that you think needs replacement, on top of that check your radiator hoses for swelling ,if the car is leaking water each time you drive the car your risking the engine to blow a head gasket so I would fix the problem right away....

Water leaking under car

You sure it isn't the condensate from the Air conditioner?
You should have antifreeze in the radiator, not just water.
If this is clear water,it's probably condensate and no problem.
BTW,if you weakened your antifreeze solution by adding water to it,you might want to check if the freeze point is still around 30-40 below zero Fahrenheit. don-ohio (:^)

The car was leaking antifreeze and started smoking in 40 degree weather. I filled it and it stopped leaking, but the engine is still overheating. If its the water pump, how can I replace it on a 1992 chevy...

Is the antifreeze leaking out of a small hole on the water pump housing just behind the pulley?
You need to know exactly where the leak is coming from. If the pump is not leaking then there is another location.
Generally pumps either work or leak. They do not slow down and overheat the engine.
Where did the smoke come from? Under the hood or out the exhaust pipe? If you blew a head gasket and the exhaust was blowing steam that would cause overheating. The original leak under the engine would cause overheating that then will cause other problems like blown head gaskets.
Did you use stop leak or some quick fix? what did you do to stop the original leak?

I am leaking antifreeze under my blazer onto the ground but not inside the vehicle. My blazer does not overheat, my heat will work sometimes while driving but as soon as I stop or slow down it blows cold....

you need to figure out where the coolant is leaking from. Some common areas are

the water pump in which case you would be able to remove the splash shield from under the front of the vehicle and using a flash light be able to see coolant coming out of the weep hole of the water pump.

The intake gaskets. Look in the corner of the intake valley where the head and lower intake meet right under the a/c compressor. If you see coolant its leaking and needs to be replaced.

The radiator, you'll be looking for wet spots on the side tanks of the radiator. Loose upper and lower radiator hoses could also cause this.

If you can't find anything visually you'll need to bring it in and have it pressure tested.

it could easily be burning the antifreeze through a bad head gasket. if when warmed up the upper hose is quite stiff indicating the system is under pressureand you shut it off, even waiting until the radiator fan comes on and then right away turning of the key, wait and see iff anything runs out.the water pump would have to be looked at from below while the leak is ocuuring= reason must mechanics suffer a lot of burns. or with a sall extendable saft mirror. you could also loose antifreeze from a heater core leak but that would give a lot of steam on your windshield inside in the cold weather,or the carpet would be wet inside the car

Check all heater and rad hoses and connections. If you don't see anything steaming when the car is hot, it could be just you heater core leaking. Probably not a serious leak, just a slow one, or even just steam. Also check frost plugs and gaskets. If you see any wet on your engine, that will be your problem. Pay close attention to intake gaskets. GM has had a lot of problems with them in those years. Park over a clean piece of plywood or cardboard at night, and see if there is any antifreeze on it in the morning. If you absolutely can't find anything, maybe try some stop leak of some kind in it. I have the best luck with the stuff that is just powdered aluminum filings. There are lots of different brands. Your local parts store will have it.
