You can go to your local auto parts store, advance auto, auto zone and buy a impact hand driver. around 30 bucks. Bang it w/ hammer and it should come right off. If that dont get it off, can also use a drill bit to drill it out. try some wd40 on the screws to loosen them up.

The rotors are very similar to the 1995-2002 Range Rover - see http://www.rangerovers.net/maintenance/brakejob4.html

How to change rear brake shoes

Tools

Needle Nose Pliers
Hammer
Phillips Screwdriver
9/16 Socket and ratchet (not a deep socket)
Large C-Clamp
Center Punch

1. Put front of vehicle on jack stands. Brace back wheels
2. Remove front wheel.
3. Using the C-Clamp squeeze the caliper so the piston goes back inside the caliper.
4. Using the 9/16 socket undo the 2 bolts that go through a rubber boot. There's one on the top of the caliper and the other one is the bottom of caliper. The reason I said not to use a deep socket is that the torsion bar link is kinda in the way so you can't fit a deep socket in there.
5. Once the 2 bolts are removed, remove the wire retaining clips. One wraps around the top pin that holds the brake pads together and the other clips onto the top and bottom pin. Remove the one that goes from the top pin to the bottom pin. You will not be able to take the other one out just yet.
6. Using your center punch or screw driver tap both pins out of the caliper. You will at this point be able to remove the other wire retaining clip.
7. At this point the caliper should be loose and you should be able to remove it. If you are just changing the brake pads then you're half way done. Replace old pads with new pads and reassemble in the reverse order.
8. If you are replacing the rotors as well then all you need to do is loosen both Phillips head screws that are holding the rotors to the hub. Be careful with the screws I happened to strip the head on one of these babies and let me tell ya it wasn't easy taking it out. Once the screws are removed the rotor should come right off. Might need a hammer to persuade it a little.

9. Install new rotor and brake pads and you are done.

How to remove and replace the front rotors on 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5

I can give you that information, the resource I use is honestautoestimates.com, they are free. You basically remove the wheels, remove the 2 caliper bolts, remove the caliper bracket bolts, remove the 1 philips head screw near the lug stud and take the rotor off. Reverse to complete.

Remove front brake rotors on a 2001 vw beetle

There are two different types of calipers used on 01 Beetles.
The first which does not have a detachable caliper bracket is easiest and is as follows:
Remove front wheels
Unbolt calipers from integrated spindle/bracket with proper allen bit and lift calipers and pads and support them.
Remove set screw holding rotor to hub. You may need an impact screwdriver as these seize up with age.
Slide rotor off hub.

The second has a separate detachable bracket that wraps around the rotor.
Remove the front wheels
Remove two caliper bracket bolts holding bracket, caliper and pads onto rotor as a unit.
Some vehicles have a standard bolt in this position, some have a VW special star bolt, so inspect to see if you are equipped to remove these. If you have the star bolts and do not have the proper tool, you need to get it... attempting to use the wrong tool will not end well.
Use a philips screwdriver to remove the set screw holding the rotor to the hub. You may need an impact screwdriver as these screws seize up with age.
Slide rotor off the hub.

Do the front brake rotors on a 2000 Accord need to be pressed off?

Hi:
The front rotors don't need to be pressed off. Once your brake calipers are removed, the rotors will come off of the front hub. Some have a couple of countersunk screws that hold them in place, and they are between the wheel mounting studs. If your rotors won't come off easily, some tapping with a hammer on a block of wood on the back side of the rotor should help, as often they can get stuck around the wheel studs.

How to remove rear rotor on 06 Acura TL

They are pretty easy. I just did my friends front rotors and pads on an 01' Acura TL's. Pull all wheels off. Take pads off shoud be a 14mm to take the calipers off. Compress the calipers. Hang up your calipers w/ wire or string so they are not hanging by the brake line. Next look on the back side of the carrier. There will be 2 17mm bolts holding a the bracket for the calipers and pads. If you have trouble breaking them free, use a brass or dead blow hammer on the wrench. (You will be doing the same to tighten the bolts back up.) Next there will be 2 phillips head screws on the rotors. Now these can be a royal pain to get out w/ out stripping the head of the scews. I used an impact tool w/ a hammer to get them out. The craftsman one runs about 30 bucks. (It is not an air tool. It just looks like an oversized screw driver. It is spring loaded, so when you nail it w/ the hammer you will want to twist at the same time and it will break the screws loose.) Once those screws are out pull the rotors off. Degrease the new ones and reverse the process. Make sure you use the impact tool to put the screws back in. Hopefully the rotors come w/ them.
If you change your rotors I suggest changing the pads also.
This was for the fronts on an 01 Acura TL. I do not know if there is a difference between the years. Pay close attention when you start to pull the rotor off. Should be the same process for the rear I do not know. The only thing that might be different on the rear is that the bearing is in the rotor. Check the back rotors to see what they are. (If bearings are in the rear rotors, buy Bendix rotors for the rear. They come w/ the bearing carriers already in the rotor so you do not have to press them in. Buy grease and rear seal for rear rotors. Pack the bearing w/ new grease, put seal in back or rotor, make sure it is flush and put the rotor back on.)

I took the caliper off on the rear wheels and I am trying to get the rotors off. I am hitting the rotors but they are not coming off. I don't know if they are held by a bolt or just rusted on. It is a Ford...

I had the same problem with the fronts on my 2003 expedition. Assuming you took all the bolts/clips off that could be holding it then I think you have a rusted on problem that even wd40 wont help. Here is a link on how I removed my fronts 5 years ago when the truck was only a year old and the rotors were deeply scarred with the pads that ford first used back then that made the wheels get dirty from brake dust, look for orlandoguy in the postings. basically you use a circular saw with a metal cutting blade to put a weak spot the on the rotor by cutting a slot in the rotor and use a cold chisel and small 5 lb hammer to split it after, Once you crack the rotor you break the rust bond on the hub and it slides off. I wirebrushed the hubs after and used wheel bearing grease to put a thin film on that mating surface to make the next rotor replacement easier.
