I have a 98 chevy tahoe. The #9 fuse keeps blowing.

Try disconnecting one feed wire at a time to see which circuit is shorted to the body/frame of your Tahoe. If you disconnect the trailer lights first and the fuse still works, look for the short circuit in this wiring. Auto electrical problems take time and patience to try everything, but one step at a time.

Trailer blinking lights are not working on my boat trailer, is there a separate fuse for the trailer light hook up? I drive a 98 Grand Caravan

If it's wired properly, one thing that does come to mind is to replace standard signal flasher with a HD flasher. (heavy Duty)

Have a 98 Silverado Z71,I was checking the trailer wiring connection,The signal lights all went out,the inside directory arrow doesn't even come on. I checked the fuses on the side of the dash and all seem...

Check the fuse panel inside the engine compartment it is a large black box with a lid and has several large wires going to it the fuses for the trailer harness and lights etc are in there.

98 dodge ram no power to trailer lights

This is a common problem with trailer lights.. About the only thing I can tell you is track down each wire and see if there is a break in the wire some where. Some time you will never find it. Soometimes its just best to replace the wires. Fairly cheap to do.. i hope That helped. have a nice day..

Here's my problem...My truck has four wires for my trailer, Red-Brake, Brown- Running lights, Yellow-Left signal and Green-Right signal. My trailer also has four wires, Yellow-Left signal, Green-Right...

Well you have what is called a BUGGER.5 dont go into 4 so the problem is either the trailer is OLD and never had stop lights OR the white wire is your stop lights and it earths through the towball (but it shouldent ) so either someone has cut out the stop light wire .so check rear lights What colour is stoplight wire. As all DC wiring for trailers are 5or 7 core wires 5 for trailers and 7 for caravans..
Let me know how you get on Ron

Can't find location for trailer elect hook-up

there is no factory connector you must tap into the existing wiring for brake, turn signals, tail and running lights, they make special adapters to "piggy back" into these wiries, U-Haul trailer rental can do (install and sell) this kit for u very cheap.
