Sounds like you may have bad battery make sure your battery is getting the charging voltage of 13,8 volts or higher check it with a volt meter and see if the alternator is working right I've gotten bad alternators one can never be to sure than elminate that problem and move onto the battery make sure its good. it should have 12.6 volts or higher after it has been fully charged or you think its charged . than last check your relays and your fuses make sure there all working good luck

Yes, low voltage to the dash will cause them to do strange things. After you replace the battery, it will stop. You may have a check engine light on also. It was from the low voltage. It will go off after time, or you can take it to a shop and have it cleared.

My dash lights want come on and my left brack light want come on and my right blinker want come on.

1st off the right blinker, does it blink fast or not at all if it blinks fast, check the bulbs if it is not blinking and the dash light also don't work the multifunction switch could be bad(turnsignal, light switch) if your other break light is working start by checking the bulbs take the verified good one and try it in the other side if the bulbs are good check the fuses under dash and under hood carefully
