You may have broke a gasket 0n the manifold and you now have a vacuum leak explaining the high idle. also check the iac sensor it may be stock partly open or sticking
P0102 is MAF sensor problem, po300 is random misfire, p0507 is high idle speed. from all these at the same time , I am going to say you have a vacuum leak. recheck all your work, ck all hoses, ck anything you had apart, you may be able to hear it.
What are the three codes. Someone got them for you . Work on the code areas first and drivability later. You would know how the job went. It came apart okey and no problems going back together mehanically speaking. Clear the codes and see if they come back.
