SOURCE: 99 ford expedition radio problem

This is not a fuse problem, it is a burnt out display backlight bulb, you have to pull the radio out of the dash and remove the top cover of the radio, you will see a tiny bulb socket, twist it out, replace that little bulb.

SOURCE: trying to hook up aftermarket radio 98 windstar limited.

If this model has an amplified system, then you may need a different wiring harness. The harness you purchased may be for the non amplified model. Try that, and let us know.

SOURCE: keeps blowning tail light fuse

Sounds like you have connected your illumination/park light wire to earth the stereo. try disconnect the black wire from your stereo and reconnect it to a metal earth point on the dash, if this works just tape up (insulate) the wire that was the problem.
This is a common problem when fitting stereos as the illumination wire will go to earth when not switched on.

SOURCE: Peugeot 406 radio led lights not working, checked

Check to see if the dimmer wire is connected to the back of the player. It is usually orange. See if it is connected to your car. If your car doesn't have a dimmer wire, you may need to hook it up to light switch dimmer or other power source.

If the wire is already connected, it may be a faulty capacitor inside the LED of the player

You should be able to to check for voltage directly at the the largest of the wires going to the alternator[black with an orange tracer].If you have no power then you have a blown fusible link, from the starter solenoid to the positive battery post.]If you have power then you either need a new rectifier put in the alternator or the charge lamp bulb is blown.

Where is the fuse for horn on ford escort as it isnt working what else could cause horn not to work

Hi! You may want to start looking at the fuse box located underneath the dash on the driver's side. The fusebox cover usually has a legend that tells you the designated fuses and amperes. Replace the horn fuse if busted. Have a nice day

97 Ford E250 Running lights and dash lights not working

best bet is get a WIRING DIAGRAM. you should have current (12 volts) on both sides of the fuse that works the tailights.if not there is probably a broken wire or a shorted wire leading up to the fuse. you kinda need the wiring diagram so u can see in which order the current "flows" which will help point u in the right direction.
