I have a 92 eagle talon tsi awd turbo.my question is when i start my car it idles high then drops down then goes up and its driving me crazy.now i was told to fix the speed control sensor or the throttle body what should i do.or is there a way i can just take it apart then clean it then put it back in.

This may be an emmissions reduction situation. It may be that the high idle is needed to have the correct air fuel mix, still keep running, and meet regulations. How high does it idle and for how long? And, this is just when you start it, correct?

Yeah i have the same thing happening with Idle, the reason it does that when you first start is to heat up the engine. If the engine is too cool on temperature then when you start driving you could damage your turbo. also, you could lower your idle after it heats, it best to keep it at 1500 RPM, if lower then that, you will hear your exhaust making pops. one other thing iv learned with talons, is that the gas pedal doesn't go all the way back up. Put a spring on it to pull it up.

Yeah, eclipse/talon does have alot of problems with the IAC motor being no good, but by your description, it sound more like a vacuum leak, to trace for a vacuum leak isn't fun, check all your vac hoses for cracks just being so old, anything could happen, make sure your intake manifold is not leaking, that's what happened to mine, or the easiest way is to take the car to a shop that has a "smoke machine"
what it does is put smoke into you intake manifold, where ever there is a leak, the smoke will finds it way out, make it alot easy to find vac leaks

Where and how hard is it to fix a starter on a 92 eagle talon tsi 5 speed and my car idles high then drops downs over and over again

When standing at the front of your car, your starter will be on the bottom left of you car, Most of the time under ther A/C Cooling can, Most of the time it has to be up on a hoist, Or jacked up pretty high..

I want to supercharge a eagle talon

No point in doing and would be very expensive.

Superchargers are mainly used on higher powered engines and not 4 cylinders.

Talons are more of a high revving car and why a turbo is best suited.

You will be better off upgrading components for more power and performance than waste time with a supercharger.

If you have a non turbo then make sure you have a good engine, trans and frame before you do anything and really better off buying a TSI AWD factory made and the modify.

I have a 92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD and the fan has started to continuously run after turning off the car. How do I get this to stop?

Unless you have a bad engine temp sender this should happen until the engine reaches the programed temperature.if it causes battery failure than you darn sure need to replace the sender

Antenna from 93 talon does not fit in 92 talon?!

On the 92 you have a rubber grommet in body, then you see black plastic insultarer and chrome fastener! Most junk yards have them for a buck or two. 91 should fit also!

95 Eagle Talon TSI AWD Turbo (rocker panels)

Try eBay. DSMhp.com, DSMTuners.com, etc. Most of the forums have buy/sell sections that will fit your needs. You can google DSM forums (DSM is Diamond Star Motors, which relates to where the Talon/Eclips/Laser were produced in Ohio) and find many that can help you and perhaps one close to your location.
