It may not be a fuse issue. You could have a bad socket connection. Pull the wire from the back of the lighter socket to see if you have power there. If you do, then the socket is bad.
Take out your gages under the dash and send them out to get fixed they are speed operated. What most likely happend is the dial in back the odometer is stripped.
the plug that you insert the lighter in to is bad but i do think there might be a inline fuses, follow the wires from the plug under the dash, if that's not it then your plug is bad
