The coil may be faulty check for continiuity from secondary circuit (high volyage or spark end) and the primary circuit 12vlt.sideif you get a reading ,the coil is no good

you will have to check the crank sensor see if fuel pump is on when cranking engine if it is check the ignighter by checking if coils are getting signal if there is no signal check fuses and cam crank sensors
replace switch on steering column not the key switch there a switch on the steering column when you turn key a rod run from key switch down to this switch
check inside distributor cap for cracks also rotor arm condition also check crank angle sensor on top of bellhousing also cam sensor mounted near distibutor
Check your fuel pressure to ensure proper pressure to the block, also did you replace the fuel filter.

AIR-make sure you have a clean air filter and your MAF (mass air flow sensor is plugged in) if you pulled your breather to innspect anything, there is a possibility that it came unplugged or you unpluged it and forgot to hook it back up, a car wont start without it being plugged in if equiped
SPARK-Make sure your car has juice to the plugs, if the plug doesnt fire the car wont run, if you have to pull each plug and ground them to the engine block to see if they arch. If not trace the problem down (if you changed the fuel pump you have some mechanical skill and should be able to troubleshoot a spark issue)
FUEL-Check for proper pressure, dirty fuel filter(s) and if your system has a return line, make sure your hoses didnt get crossed cause this will damage the engine and regulator.
check or replace the cam sensor, this sensor sense the turning of the cranksaft by sending info to ECU telling ecu to tell the coil to disperse the sparks. is the cam sensor is faulty than you will not get any fire/sparks from the coil assuming the coil, wires and plugs are good. crank sensor does the same but turn on the fuel pump. hope that help some
are you saying that you have 12 volts to the coil but no spark out/if this is the case first make sure the cam is turning by looking in the oil cap hole,next yes the cam sensor is a common failed part and can cause the problem, you also have the crank sensor just below that and it would not hurt to replace also
