The po406 is an egr code which is common for a bad egr valve, but check your wiring and check for plugged port or carbon lodged in valve, as far as the p1561 this is not a good code, this must of been gotten with a genric scan tool, i would fix the po406 and then reset the computer readiness monitors and drive it and go from there. hope this helps, good luck
The PCV valve (3) is mounted into the top/right side of the intake
manifold (2).
1.The PCV valve (1) is sealed to the intake manifold with two
O-rings (2). 2.Remove PCV valve by rotating counter-clockwise 90 degrees
until locating tabs (3) have been freed. After tabs have cleared, pull valve
straight up from intake manifold.3.After valve is removed, check condition of
two valve O-rings (2).

cleaning is only a temporary fix as cleaning solutions removes the coating on the pindle and ruins the egr, buy a new one and you will fing it located on the intake near the throttle body
You cannot clean them purchase a new one and pull the old one out of the valve cover, and disconnect the hose that runs to it. install the hose on to the new egr with a new worm clamp and push the other end into the valve cover. should take about 10 minutes.
In my experience with the 2.7L engine, the spark plugs are located on the top of the engine below the individual ignition coils. The coils are placed between the intake manifold and the valve covers, 3 per side. The coils are held in with "torx" screws. Simply remove the screws, and disconnect the connectors to remove the coils. The spark plugs will be underneath. Be sure to properly gap the spark plugs for maximum life and emissions compliance. Also, an improperly gapped plug can shorten the life of the coil packs.
Hope this helps!
