Just bought a new Traverse with Onstar/Bluetooth enabled. However, it is not recognizing any of my voice commands. I press and hold the voice button for two seconds, it tells me the system is ''ready'' then after the beep I say ''bluetooth'' but the system just keeps saying ''pardon?'' or ''I didn't get that.'' The system keeps prompting me to say it again. After a few attempts, the system tells me to please say, ''dial, call, bluetooth, more commands or help.'' When I say any of these commands the system does not understand me. Eventually after a few more tries it just hangs up on me. I'm not foreign and I do not have an accent or speech impediment. I speak very clearly with good articulation and volume. My husband had tried as well as several other people and the system does not understand them either. Are we doing something wrong or do we need to take the vehicle back to the deal for repair?
Take it to dealer, you have warranty
I purchased a 2010 Nox a few months ago and my bluetooth has been working fine until a few weeks ago. It has stopped recognizing commands, it doesn't even recognize my phone any longer. I deleted my phone and tried to add it again and it will not do anything. I have contacted the dealership for a service appointment.
