My 88 toyota does not start. All electrical works, check fuses and starter and all seem fine. This car is hotwired from the starter and battery to a button inside the car because of a faulty ignition switch.

Can be a bad contact in one of the cables. A bad contact in a switch or electronic switch. a bad relay, and a dozen other causes.
Please start measuring to where the power comes and where it stops. You are close to the car, we are not. For a correct diagnose use a multimeter and look under the hood.
IT IS A SOLONOID ISSUE,NOT A RESET FUSE.GET A NEW ONE,YOU WILL BE OK.THERE IS A COPER DISK IN IT.ROTATES EVERYTIME YOU START.NOT GOOD CONNETION.CHANG THE SOLONOID,NOT THE THE STARTER.
If the battery is fine, why jump it? Faulty thinking to state or think: all electrical in the car work fine. If it did the starter motor would be turning the engine over. The starter motor work on electrical...not all is fine.
check: 1) 60a starter fuse/relay. 2) voltage to starter when turning key to activate starter motor, this will rule out ignition switch or relay. 3) apply direct voltage to starter motor to detect bad starter motor.
sounds to me that you have an igniton problem not a starter problem and or if you have or had an alarm system could be cause if u do give me feedback and i will explain but seems that your starter is fine from what u say but if you think in terms of the elemts to start a vehicle batery gives pwoer to ignition which sends to starter which gives spark etc i would check you ignition system something is causeing a short and not alowing starter to function
