Too much high speed braking. When the rotors get hot and you sit still with your heavy foot on the brake you are squeezing the rotors in one spot. This will cause this. Replace rotors or have them turned to fix this. I would also replace the front brake hoses too as they may be holding pressure on the calipers causing them to overheat. They go bad from inside the hose causing the outer part of the hose to hold pressure on the caliper..
Could be any number of things here: alignment; bad caliper; warped rotor.
