Problem with turn signal when headlight is on

this sounds like a earthing problem , so check the wiring for the head lights, see if any wires are trapped between something, bare wire touching car body , anythingthat doesn't look correct, could also be the indicator lever itself with a problem , but check the headlight wiring first

When I turn on the headlights, the brakelights won't work including the turn signals. when the headlights are off, the brakelights and turnsignals work. what could the problem be?

My first thought would be a bad ground connection in the harness for the rear lights.
You might want to take a test light and check the contacts in one of the sockets.

I can help you out with the left turn signal not blinking. Maybe it's a flasher or the light bulbs aren't getting current through the wiring.

I can't help you out with the interior gauge lights not turning on when you turn the headlamps on. It may have to do with the headlamp switch, though.

I've never seen the lights on the radio not dim when the headlamp switch is turned on. hm.

Good luck on this repair.

Turn signal driver's side doesn't blink

A safety (warning) feature on many cars is that the turn signal light will come on but not blink. This should indicate a burned out filament in one of the bulbs on the effected side. Try checking the bulbs and replace them one by one and see if this cures the problem.
