I have a 2003 saturn L200,A/c blower was not working, messed with it a bit and put it on heat then it started working and blowing out air but only warm air even on cold setting with a/c button pushed in. The large fan in the engine also went out and is not working, and the clutch assembly on the compresser is not rotating either, but the car in general seems to be running and driving fine. all fuses checked out good. any ideas what this problem can be? or what to check next?

You need to replace the climate control unit in the dash. you can buy them on ebay for about $50. easy to replace.
1, apply emergency brake.
2, carefully pull off bezel surrounding radio, vents & climate control.
3, remove 7mm screws fastening climate control unit to dash.
4, carefully pull unit from dash, (you may have to move shifter out of park)
5,pull plastic tube from the rear of unit and squeeze and pull electrical connector to remove.
6, install new one in reverse order

good luck!

2003 Saturn L200 - Suddenly stopped blowing cold air

If it happened all of a sudden, check the fan belt, and the A/C fuse. These are the most likely culprits. If the fuse is blown, the clutch on the A/C compressor may have gone bad, and should be looked at.

NO AIR /HEAT

Had the same problem on 2001 L200 and ran across this answer on another blog. ***Also warnings about dangers of working around air bags***

Pulled the plastic frame from around the radio.
Removed radio.

Behind radio is a large male, female connector feeding wires to the heater blower.

The wires were discolored from heat and blower would kick on when wiggled. At which point I could feel the discolored wires heat up.

Disconnected the connector and could see where it was burnt.

Cut the affected wires going into and out of the connector and jumped them with comparable sized wires and quick connects from Autozone.

Caution not to cut off more wire than needed (wire stripper tool was very handy) work space was tight. ***Disconnected the battery before making the repair ***
