Testimonial: "Sounds good if I could find the parts the mechanics pointing out"
I SCREWED UP!I GAVE YOU THE DIAGNOSIS FOR A POOR WORKING BLOWER MOTOR ,NOT A WIPER MOTOR. THE WIPER MOTOR HAS POINTS AND SLIP RINGS IN IT THAT CAUSE THE PROBLEM YOU ARE DISCRIBING ,THE PARTS TO FIX THIS PROBLEM ARE HARD TO GET.IF THE GROUND TO THE MOTOR IS GOOD THEN YOU NEED A NEW MOTOR.SORRY I DID NOT GET THIS RIGHT ,I DID NOT READ THE PROBLEM FULLY BEFORE ANSWERING.THANKS FOR YOUR RATIG ,BUT IT WAS NOT SUBSTANCIATED,SORRY.

were are these items to check?
Thank you for the information. The original motor burned out, Unfortunately I replaced the motor with a new one that worked slow when the switch was in fast speed after about 30 sec. it started fast then slowed back down then stop permanently. I have a new motor but do not no what to try next. Think I will take it to the garage since the next step may be removing the steering wheel to get to the relays for the motor.
