I recently bought a used Nissan Bluebird SSS 2000 make and encounter a problem; its not starting!! Battery is fine, starter motor is cranking...spark plugs are ok not wet, petrol is coming to filter.,

    Maybe the cord on the bottom of the distributor cap.. Not a spark plug lead.. Mine was loose and had to get it put back in.. Also can u hear the fuel pump when u turn the key? Mine died and I replaced it

This is the electronic control module to keep the idle of the revs correct it also allows the correct amount of fuel to air mixture the car needs to run. some are called EGR some are ICV idle control valve

2000 Nissan fuel pump relay trouble shooting
This goes for any car that doesn't start. Take a rag, soak it in gasoline, then hold the gas soaked rag over the air intake, then have someone crank the ignition. If it is a fuel delivery problem the engine should start briefly or at least sputter. If it does that then you know there is a fuel delivery problem. If the same symptoms persist then you know that there is some other issue than fuel delivery.

Its located in the IPDM box....remove the cover and you ll see a side with 4 relays close to the fuses and the other side 3line of relays,the relay in the middle is your fuel pump relay......hold the ipdm in position the fuses in the box upside....
