No, a clutch has to be dry. Oil would make it spin and would burn off. It would also not put all the power of the engine onto the wheels.

I can only suggest that you have a rubber seal breaking down inside one of the cylinders possibly the master ,could be someone has topped the fluid up with the wrong fluid ,as for the squeak ?? could be the clutch arm as it has a pivot point type ball inside the bell housing and was it greased when fitting the new clutch ,tut tut i was taught to oil and grease everything if moved oil it and lo betide me if i missed a grease nipple .

Oil press sensor and clutch fluid

the sending unit are not normally hard to replace but you will want to get an oil pressure sending unit socket, i would recommend buying the new sender and getting the socket at the same time to ensure good fit, sometimes the sockets can be a little short for the application. in any case the clutch fluid would have to be bleed out at the slave cylinder (as long as it is a hydraulic clutch) by opening the bleeder screw. careful with those though they sometimes require heating and cooling with a torch to remove without damage. hope this will help you.

tandard practice to change the oil on a clutch replacement. Was the replacemmiles it's covered, but it's not sounds like the gearbox oil need changing. You don't say how many miles it has done. Gear box oil is not usually changed in a clutch replacement. Did an Audi garage carry out the rlacement? It could be the cable needs adjusting to allow the clutch to have free movement

I think you hit the nail on the head with this one. It sounds like no oil was in and you ran it it got hot and bang. I would take it back to the mechanic and make them repair it
