Saturn Ion running loud and rough

Check for other loose heat shields.
The shield you removed would allow more noise to enter the cabin too.

Where would the fuse or relay for fuel pump be located in my 2003 ion

Look in the interior fuse block. It is located on the drivers side of the center counsel, just to the right or where our right leg would be. You will need to remove the trim panel. The fuses will be labeled on the inside of the panel. Service engine light codes say o2 sensor yet both are new

Check the wires from the O2 sensors for worn insulation and bare spots. They are probably rubbing on the body somewhere and sending false signals to the computer. Hope this helps.

My 2003 Saturn Ion remote trunk release won't

Check to make sure the button on the trunk latch is turned from manual unlock...they made that feature so only the key will work to open the trunk that way if someone breaks in the front of your car they can't hit the trunk release and get into the trunk...may be the same thing for your remote. Hope that helps.

How much anti-freeze?

You need to fill the expansion tank and the radiator with 50/50 mix, it will level itself out. There is no quantity, just fill it up. About 2 gallons.
