There a shot this can be rub through wire or its power touching ground, The power goes into the door control module form there it reaches the door lock actuator, disconnect door lock actuator,if the short stop repair the actuator,if it does nt move to the driver door lock module disconnect that if the short stop its in the module if it doesnt its in the wire
I assume you have the radio code that came with the car????Disconect the battery cable and reconnect,that should reset the radio where you can enter the code.You will also have to reset the windows by holding down thw window switches once the reach the lowest and highest travel.the face plate on the radio should say code to be able to enter the code.
You can get the code from any Mercedes dealer around you.
Or you can have the code by taking the radio out and take the serial to a radio repair shop and they can get the code from the serial.
I purchased a MB CLK 320 and set the radio frequency and successfully put the freq in memory, however, the radio blinks tthe freq. Is this normal or do I have to enter another key to stop the radio from blinking? Ed Massachusetts
