Check maf sensor this will cause this, it is in air hose from air filter. also make sure filter is clean. (manifold air flow). go to any auto parts store and buy a can of maf sensor spray to clean sensor. follow directions on can. I just cleaned mine and it goes up hills and grades much better. if its not this sensor check the plugs and wires for proper spark under load.
Check the exhaust flow coming out of the tail pipe.The catalitic converter could be cloged. Also renew the fuel filter every 35000 miles.
