Dont know the specs but you should be ok if you tighten the bolts snuggly and then 1/2 turn this will usually suffice just be careful not to over tighten

The pump is part of the timing components. You only want to do this one time. So replace all the timing components. You don't have to replace the crank or cam gears.

iv never torqued water pump ive always snugged them up pretty good i mean you don't have to stand on the end of the wrench if you use lock tight on the bolts once you tighten them up they wont come loose and you only need a drop of lock tight on each bolt hope this helps you bob
