Most common issue would be worn Universal Joints on the drive shaft.

Use a thin viscosity lubricant or penetrating oil on the leafs. Spray 2 or 3 times with a half hour or so between sprays for optimum results.

This problem is commonly caused by a dirty automatic idle speed control valve and throttle valve. Buy a can of throttle valve cleaner (do not use carburetor spray cleaner!) from NAPA or Carquest (made by CRC chemicals) and spray it into the air intake while the engine is running, use up about 1/2 the can, engine will try to stall hold the speed up, shut it down and let it soak for 30 minutes, restart and blow out the remaining fluid, shut it down and disconnect the negative battery cable for 5 Min's to reset the base idle control

2.5L Engine Firing Order: 1-3-4-2 Distributor Rotation: Clockwise

3.9L Engine Firing Order: 1-6-5-4-3-2 Distributor Rotation: Clockwise

5.2L and 5.9L Engines Firing Order: 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 Distributor rotation: Clockwise

try any salvage yard they will look it up and let you know what can interchange with your vehicle and also try your local dodge dealer

Idle air control valve is a common problem Might check that first. Is it throughing a check engine light? with that I can help you further.

The order should be stamped on your intake manifold right under the air cleaner.
My '97 1500, 5.2, 318 firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
