Replacing my headlight bulb in my kia amanit 2004

they were right. Those are turn signal & marker lights.
They do not have an affect on light on the road.

You have to take the engine cover off to expose the headlight cover. Then locate the black headlight cover located inside under hood at rear of headlight. Gently depress clip and pop open cover. The rear of the bulb housing will pop out when you turn and pull. Replace bulb and reverse actions to reinstall. Hope this helps.

REMOVE THE COVER BLACK COVER HELD IN BY PUSH TABS AND THERE SHOULD BE COVERS ON THE BACK OF THE HEADLAMPS JUST TWIST AND RELEASE THE CONNECTOR AND PUSH AND RELAESE THE METAL PIN AND YOU THEN CAN REMOVE THE BULB

Check that the bulb is getting a good contact. Hope this helps.

You will need an "H-7" replacement bulb. To get to the socket, you will have to remove the engine cowling and it takes special parts to do that. You should take the bulb to your mechanic or the guys that change your oil and ask them to do this for you. Not a big deal at all, if you have the tool.
