They are there. They are hard to get to. What is the complaint? Have you checked the fuse? Blower fuse (50 amp) under the hood.HTR-AC fuse (25 amp) in the instrument panel fuse box

Where is the heater fan relay on a Volvo 1994 850?

The blower motor relay is behind the glove box. If your blower only runs on high it's the resistor and it's behind the glove box too.

No power to my ac blower motor.

Could be a fuse, blower relay, resistor, control switch, or a wiring problem.
The resistor should be behind the glove box or on the firewall.

The ac works but the switch wont turn on the fan. the rear controls work. its just the front that doesnt. checked the relay switches they seem fine.

Either you have defective blower motor or a defective blower motor resistor module. The resistor module has been known to fail on these trucks. Both items are located behind the glove box.

Blower motor runs even when ignition switch is off. Also where is the blower motor relay located?

remove glove box, look on top of heater box in recessed portion. You will see a muti-wire plug facing up. This is the blower resistor. Check for burnt connections by removing plug (common problem). Blower high speed relay located above blower motor (also behind glove box). Check for burnt connections. Repair harness available through G.M. dealer.

My A/c quite blowing at all. I am assuming it is

The GM trucks do not use vacuum to operate the HVAC system. Check for power at the purple wire at the blower motor. If you have power and the blower motor is still inop, replace the blower motor. If you have no power, check the relays and resistor behind the glove box. Four screws hold the glove box in place.

1998 gmc 2500 heater swith only work on high

Most likely cause is the blower motor resistor. If you remove the glove box (4 screws, two on each side), the resistor is located behind the 4 relays. Two screws hold it in place. rmeove screws and pull it up and out of the HVAC case.
