Try using your door key in drivers door.

sounds like your factory alarm is not working with the remote starter. it happens a lot with the new cars. check the BCM that runs the factory alarm.

take out the alarm fuse! :D

Could you provide just a bit more info about what transpired and how it may have shut down the vehicle? I've had two electrical problems on my 98 Voyager, both affecting the alarm, but neither one having anything to do with the alarm itself. Include any details about erratic dash gauge behaviour, etc.

Sounds like your car thinks it is being stolen-have you tried to reset the alarm with the remote? Is the alarm factory?

there is not trick but if you go under the dash and unplug the alarm module it will start if the alarm is the cause of it. is the alarm aftermarket or factory?

start the car. if that dose not work remove ground form battery then after it stops put ground back on that will reset the alarm.

take it to the garage.

Does the car have a battery kill switch installed with its alarm system? It sounds as though when you cut off the key it engages the kill switch which removes power from the vehicle when the key is removed and the alarm is tripped.
