did you install the right resistor, or the resistor is defective, many problems with aftermarket resistors, try a dealer resistor.

Nissan sentra 1995 radiator fan not going

There is probably a bad wire to the fan or a fuse has blown. use test light and probe wires with key on and see if power, BE CAREFUL FAN CAN COME ON WHEN KEY IS IN ON POSITON. Is car over heating? it usually has to get really hot for the fan to work. try letting car run while in park and watch for fan to activate. Good Luck

Heater fan only works on high

The most likely cause is the blower motor resistor went bad. The resistor is usually located near the blower motor housing under the hood, it has an electrical connector plugged into it. They are relatively cheap and easy to replace.

My heater blower is not working.

Have you checked the fuse . If it's not the fuse then check the fan speed resistor? If the resistor is partially burnt out, you should still have at least one other fan speed. ( In my case I had only the high speed.) The resistor is mounted on the Air box and where the fan wire is connected to. Its behind the glove box and easy to find. Remove the glove box by undoing two hinge pins. Rotate the hinge pins upwards and slide them out. The glove box will drop out and you have access to the resistor. Unplug the wiring connector from the resistor and using a multi tester check the continuity. Replace resistor if faulty. Hope it works for you.
