Something has been left disconnected. look at the back of the head (remove the plastic cover on top of the engine, just there for looks) and make sure everything is hooked up. if not you need to return to this mechanic and have him correct the issue.

Audi allroad wont start

Get it back to whomever did the job. Or maybe take it to someone who knows what they're doing. Turbo line is obviously leaking. If it's not cranking even with a jump you may have seized he engine. 2.7's are not cheap!

Engine is using 1/2 qt of oil every 800mi, 1.8T '04 Cabriolet

Your mechanic is spot on. The A4's are notorious for turbo overheating and failure. The oil burn is coming in the TURBO itself and then being distributed to 2.3.4 as a side effect. Your not noticing blue smoke because your catalytic converter is doing its job and the minor smoke being generated is being taken care of in the CAT. If you continue to drive as is you will run a certain risk of catalytic converter damage, cylinder damage from fouling (cylinder wash) build up, sludge, etc. If your mechanic has the knowledge on this specifc model there is a way to test the turbo output and turbo heat generation to absolutely confirm. One last thing. in ANY turbo car its imperative to run QUALITY oils not your local wal-mart brand or no name. Many people are not familiar with the demands on a TURBO engine and oil change facilities pull standard oil from 55 gallon drums via a pump.. so you arent feeding your car properly. The AVG (Audi/Volkswagen) company recommends FULL SYNTHETIC and either Castrol or Mobil 1. I have a Turbo Diesel and use Mobil1 as my choice. The recommended oil for your car via their web page is Current Vehicle: Year: spacer.gif 2003 Make: spacer.gif Audi Model: spacer.gif A4 Quattro Engine Type: spacer.gif 4cyl. 1.8Liter Turbocharged
button_viewprintable.gif spacer.gif Mobil 1 0W-40
A fully synthetic motor oil, Mobil 1 0W-40 with SuperSyn Technology exceeds industry standards and the major leading builder requirements, enabling the product to keep performing well after conventional oils cannot. Mobil 1 is recommended by leading car manufacturers as initial fill

Hi my audi 1.9 tdi is losing power badley the acceliration totaly went its just had a new turbo so i dont think its the turbo. I,ve been out in the car a few times and the problem seems to come and go...

If somebody replaced the turbocharger with a new one, you must check up all command vacuum lines, the entire air intake system (air pressure pipes, intercooler, connections, EGR - throttle vane, ...), and also turbocharger and EGR command solenoid valves (three pieces). Could be also MAF sensor defective! Here you have the vacuum air pipes connection picture for Audi A4 1.9 TDI (AJM engine):

2002 Daewoo Leganza CDX Stalls bad after Timing Belt Replacement

that's a major job, head removal and rebuild after a T-belt breakage, and hard to say if he has left something disconnected or mis-connected, or if it picked now for some other fault to develop. I've worked on those Daewoo c2000 2.0/2.2 16v GMH engines a bit, my friend bought a 1998 Leganza, I always figured them as a POS engine, frankly..he had more than one major problem with it, even though we avoided a T-belt failure.

2002 audi a4 oil pressure light issue

THOSE NUMBERS ARE VERY GOOD, THE PROBLEM MOST LIKELY IS A DEFECTIVE OIL PRESSURE SENDING UNIT, HAVE REPLACED 100'S OVER THE YEARS FOR THIS SAME ISSUE, GREAT THAT U CHECKED THE PRESSURE THOUGH, IF THE LIGHT WAS INDICATING ACTUAL LOW PRESS U COULD HAVE WASTED THE BEARINGS IN THE ENGINE.

Not a recall. Find a head in the junkyard and have the valves reground.
