Here are the torque specs you requested:
MAIN BRG CAPS= 29FT/LBS THEN TIGHTEN AN ADDITIONAL 90 DEGREES in sequence(two step process)
ROD BEARING CAPS= 18 FT/LBS
CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS= 29FT/LBS + 90 degrees + another 90 degrees in sequence from the center out ward, (3 step process).

Selan Shaheed, probably best to get a workshop manual for that data.....that needs to be correct to ensure engine does not fail....Haynes may have one that you can access on line but you will need to search for it. I found several URLs that offer access to an on line PDF but the require you to fegister

Get yourself a service manual with step by step instructions and diagrams. A good place is www.promanuals.net. $20 bucks or so for a factory one.

Main Bearing Cap Torque-42 Ft. Lbs.
Head Bolts Step 1-33 Ft. Lbs. Step 2- Additional 90 Degrees
Rod Bearing Nuts-29 Ft. Lbs.
