The ECM and the engine need to be from the same vehicle and then the ECM needs programming with your VIN Number and your mileage.

DTC P0564 00 : Cruise Control MultiFunction Switch Circuit
The cruise control switch is an input to the engine control module (ECM). The ECM monitors the cruise control set/coast and resume/accelerate switch signal circuit in order to detect when a cruise control function has been requested. The ECM detects a specific voltage signal on the cruise control set/coast and resume/accelerate switch signal circuit when a cruise control function switch is activated, with each switch having a different predetermined voltage value.
Do the brake lights work ?
DTC P0703 00: Brake Switch Circuit 2
Circuit/System Description
The body control module (BCM) monitors the brake pedal position sensor. When the brake pedal is applied, the BCM detects a predetermined voltage signal. The BCM sends a GMLAN serial data message to the engine control module (ECM) / powertrain control module (PCM) indicating the status of the stop lamps.

code p0703 refers to torque converter / brake switch B--circuit malfunction===causes--wiring--torque converter/ brake switch--ECM/TCM. The problem may not be in the brakes circuit but in the torque converter sensors.
It seams that no one knows what this code po703 is it refers to brake switch circuit b which has nothing to do with the brake switch it is related to the switch in the transmission eather a wiring problem or a switch problem at the transmission
About $20 for a new brake light switch that can be installed in about 15 minutes or less usually, may be good insurance for a long distance drive. The code doesn't say it's a switch malfunction, the computer has seen a fault in the brake switch circuit and set the code-could just be a poor connection there. More important, how do the brake lights work? I think I'd buy the switch or check the connector by the pedal at least. The computer may not let the cruise control work because of the code.
Hi the code P0703 is Brake switch B circuit malfunction. I`m not sure if this means the brake switch is faulty or the wiring to it is faulty. The brake switch is the best place to start ( but check the connections to the switch ) I hope i have been of help to you. john ( South Wales UK )
P0703 (M) Brake Switch Stuck Pressed or Released Incorrect input state
detected in the brake switch circuit (Changed from P1595).
The switch cost like 20 bucks. It is located on the brake pedal, it will
either be in front of or behind the pedal at the top. It will have a
plunger that contacts the pedal, and an electrical pig tail. usually you
just twist it and pull it out kinda like a headlamp.
The PCM monitors changes in input voltage on Brake Switch No. 1. If the PCM does not sense voltage changes at PCM terminal 82 when alternately accelerated and decelerated 8 times, the PCM determines that brake switch No. 1 has a malfunction
Possible Causes are:
Brake Switch malfunction
connector or terminal malfunction
Short to power circuit between Brake Switch terminal D and PCM terminal 82
Open circuit between Brake Switch terminal D and PCM terminal 82
