Car seemed hesitant when started service engine soon light on

Not exactly.
The fuel pump would not cause a trouble code, but low fuel pressure could.
Have you checked fuel pressure and the computer for trouble codes ?

Cauases or fault codes are not cut and dry, but here are the possible causes of codes P0316 and P0306 which are related codes.
P0316 - Engine Misfire Detected on Startup

- Ignition coil 6 harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coil 6 poor electrical connection
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector 6
- Injector 6 harness is open or shorted
- Injector 6 poor electrical connection
- Improper spark plug 6
- Insufficient cylinder 6 compression
- Incorrect fuel pressure
- Intake air leak

If it won't start have a compression test done and see if one bank doesn't have compression . The intake cam is known for breaking at the front lobe

If there was not service engine soon light, good chances are that your fuel filter has reached the end of it's life and is to dirty to allow the fuel to flow through properly. Start with the simple and replace the fuel filter after you inspect all your fuses to ensure your fuel pump is still working.

the anti-lock and traction lights will come on together if there is a common problem with the two, since they are closely related. may be a wheel speed sensor or something similar. the service engine soon light indicates a problem with the engine computer, can be anything from an emission system problem or an engine performance problem. all of these lights can come on with no apparent running problems on the car. the service vehicle soon light is basically a maintenance reminder, an oil change light. take the car into a shop and have the codes read for these lights.

Replace the camshaft sensor, the issue will go away.

If it has miss and hesitation only warm not cold you may have a coolant temp sensor problem . but if the service engine soon light is off i would chek ignition system(plugs, wires ,boots).most likely one of the cylinders missfires when hot.

May need new spark plugs.

on your last tune up you might have gotten some bad plugs i know they are new but sometimes they dont work straight out of the factory and your fuel guage connections are backwards
