If its overheating, and then hard to start..you have allready messed up the engine.
You should never keep driving an engine that is over heating, especially a Honda.
You probably have ab ad head gasket, or faulty cooling fan.
But regardless engine damage has been done and if you continue to drive it you will damage it more, and more damage to that engine will cost major dollars to repair.
Get it to a shop to get it looked at NOW, dont drive it there get it towed.
