Vibration/Humming/Grinding noises when stopping or turning left.

Soon after I had my brakes and rotors replaced, I began having a lot of vibration and a loud grinding noise in the front right area of my Town & Country. Now, I have also started hearing a humming noise and vibration when I turn left. Any ideas?

I only hear/feel it when I stop or turn left. I still have some humming when I turn right, but not the vibration and loud noises.

When turning left vehicle distributes weight to right front wheel bearing causing load. since u describe a noise in right front while driving straight i would suspect failed right front wheel bearing. see if your noise changes/goes away while turning right that should tell u 4 sure

I have a 2012 dodge caravan, has a bit of vibration under driver floor, and makes a loud whining or humming noise while accelerating.

Check the wheel bearing. If over or under torqued, it may give problems. Check the drive shaft is not bent from hitting a large stone whilst moving.

I have a 2007 Pontiac Torrent FWD with a violent low speed vibration. we have replaced the lower control arm assembly and the hub bearings along with the brake pads and rotors.

Struts would not cause vibration problems, A CV joint could, turn your vehicle in a parking lot hard right, make a circle than turn left make a circle ,if you hear a noises you have a cv joint problem. If you feel vibration on the steering wheel its in the front, if you feel it in the seat its in the rear.
Tires out of round & Balance very common as well brake rotors cause vibrations.

I replaced my tierod on the passenger front.there is still some play in the left to right there is also a humming sound at speeds 40+mph. it's coming from the hub bearing or ball joint.

Any wear or play in a bush or rod usually gives a 'knock' or causes vibration, not a humming noise.
If there's play in the steering wheel that may be due to a worn steering rack and pinion.

A worn ball joint can cause a 'crack' noise and depending on the wear, vibration that will be felt through the steering wheel. A worn ball joint can also cause the car to pull to one side.

A humming noise suggests it is either a brake rotor/pad, or a worn driveshaft or wheel bearing.

There is a grinding noise from the front of the vehicle while driving. All new brakes. The wheel bearings have been checked and are fine.

Is it more like a vibration and humming, than grinding noise? If so it would be a bad engine or transmission mount. To check bearings while driving.. Find an empty parking lot, Make right and left turns/circles. Making a left, if the noise get loader, the right side bearing is bad. and vice versa. Do around 10 MPH while turning circles.

Vibration while braking

Rotors are probably warped and need to be rectified or replaced. When the brakes were replaced did the rotors get turned? If not need to resurface rotors

I replaced the brakes all around on my wifes pontiac torrent, she complained of a vibration in the pedal, now with new rotors and drums at high speeds especially when brakeing down hill there is a hum and...

Absolutely; wasn't positive until you mentioned the 'hum'. Bad bearings first warning sign is usually the humming noise before the vibration but since you have both, I'd be shocked if it weren't the bearinig, especially since you've got new rotors. In the past, a badly turned or warped rotor would mimic a bad bearing. Best of luck.

Check the front drive axles and boots. A bad cv (constant velocity) joint can cause this.
