You mean P0303? I couldn't find a P303. It's a misfire in cylinder #3.
Probably a spark plug or plug wire.

Should a 2003 navigator pass a safety inspection if the traction light stays on and the passenger door only opening? from the inside?

Depends on the state in which you live. In texas, A traction control light or ABS light won't fail you for an inspection. Or a door handle. As far as a safety issue, I personal issue. Remember, our Parents drove hundreds of thousands of miles without it.

I have a 2006 honda pilot and was wondering if a high flow catalytic converter will boost my gas mileage enough to pay for it?

very much doubt it unless the cat fails for the inspection ,you would be better off buying a diesel variant with a manual gearbox for fuel economy

2173 error code on 2006 dodge magnum 3.5 liter HO 6 cylinder?

A large vacuum leak is most likely the cause of this DTC.
Inspect the Intake Manifold and Throttle body for leaks and cracks.
Inspect the Power Brake Booster for any vacuum leaks.
Inspect the PCV system for proper operation or any vacuum leaks.
Inspect the MAP Sensor for proper installation.

1997 4Runner failed inspection. The trouble code reported: P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank1).

you will need to change the catalitic converters. Very common issue and if at all possible do not use after market cats. They will likely cause the same code and cause it to fail inspection.

I have a 2007 toyota corolla automatic.. I have had the check engine light on and cannot get it inspected with the light on i brought it too a garage and the transmission specialist said that that code...

Any code that puts on the check engine light is a failure for inspection. Your mechanic has given you bad information. What you need to do is fix the code causing problem then drive vehicle for a few days to reset all inspection monitors. You will not pass inspection with a check engine light on unfortunately. Hope this helps.

99 subaru legacy outback w/2.5 L boxer engine. Have PO 0440 obd II code. 98K miles Car misses at low RPM. Has a hessitation went you accellerate. Runs smooth at highway speeds. Replaced plugs, plug wires,...

This code is associated with the EVAP system which includes, but not limited to gas cap, fuel lines, carbon canister, purge valves. The EVAP system is supposed to prevent fuel vapors from escaping the fuel system

If you have this code, one of the following may have happened:
Gas cap not installed properly or faulty gas cap
Purge solenoid has failed
Canister is plugged and not working properly

This code can be tricky to resolve, but try some of these:
Remove and reinstall the gas cap and or replace the gas cap and clear the code and see if it comes back
Inspect the the hoses, and tubes for any sign of a hole or cut
Inspect for damage or disconnected hoses around the purge solenoid
Check and or replace the sensor
Check and or replace the purge valve

PO336 IS THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR WHICH SHOULD BE THE ANSWER TO PASSING INSPECTION SINCE IT IS A PERFORMANCE ISSUE. IT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FUEL INJECTION AND SPARK PULSE. REPLACING IT SHOULD HELP TO REDUCE EMISSIONS. AND THE SECOND CODE IS AN EVAP LEAK,SMALL. HOPE THIS HELPS. LET ME KNOW. BEST OF LUCK
