you only have one cat converter for that vehicle

I think the best thing to do is to buy an adapter from your local audio store or wal-mart. The adapter should plug right into the original harness and come with the color codes for the new wiring to your stereo. That's what I usually do when replacing one and it makes it very easy!

Some models are under the steering wheel knee pad. Other are under the hood, near the fuse panel.

it smoths out because you can't here the miss check fuel pressure and check for vachum leaks and build up on throttle plate.
