Start engine, used spark plug piler so you don't get shock, remove one wire at a time if you dot' have spark replace that coil pack, there is three coil pack on top of ignition module you don't have to replace all, just bad one.hope this help.

Check engine light on engine acts as if missing new plugs wires and #5 spark pack missing again 6cyl 4x4 3.4 185000 miles

was it running this way before you changed the plugs? just a shot in the dark here possibly a defective spark plug, rare but not impossible. if it was running fine before changing them. Other wise I would take it to autozone and pull codes if it is P0350 #5 misfire we would use the process fuel, fire and compression. is there any engine coolant around any cylinders? Have you checked the coil packs? could be a bad coil pack. if no evidence of fluid around them proceeded to check for spark, fuel then compression. post back results or new post with more deductions. iis it no spark no fuel or bad compression.

My check engine light came on code said to replace middle coil pack. I replaced middle coil pack and now my car wont start!

Depending on the actual code, it probably said there was a problem with the circuit for that coil.
Are the other cylinders getting spark ?

2002 elantra it wont start

did the car run before replacing the plugs? If yes then retrace your steps to see what became unhooked. If not then, I would check the fuel rail to make sure you're getting gas to the cylinders. If that's good then I'd check the coils to make sure you're getting spark. If you have a coil pack on each plug then I'd look at the ignition module.

Engine turns but wont start

Take your foot off the throttle. Holding the throttle while cranking the engine will prevent the car from starting. The car does not need to be "primed" to start. Other than that, check the coil pack by removing any spark plug wire and placing it on the nearby metal surface. Have someone crank the engine. DO NOT TOUCH THE WIRE ON THE LONG END!!! You will get a nasty shock!! If your coil pack is okay, you should be hearing a "pop-pop-pop!" and seeing a white spark coming from the wire and hitting the engine. I will give you more info later.

1998 Pontiac transport van wont start:

Well you hit all the major ones, could be crank position sensor, ignition module, a bad coil pack (it should have 3), you need to check that you have spark to each plug while the engine is turning over (!!!be careful as this will hurt if you get shocked!!!), this will rule out coil packs. if you have no spark to any plug your looking at a bad ingnition module (which is what the coil packs bolt to). Hope this gets you on the right track!

Engine not hitting on two cylinders after replacing cam sensor

If you have a coil pack with 6 cyl. 3 coils in one One coil for 2 cylinders One of the coils in the pack has gone bad. To verify this check which cyliders are missing and see if they match any pair on the coil pack. If so the coil should be replaced. Hope this helped. Moe
