Most likely a failing driver door latch internal contact switch , GEM module thinks it sees door open and kicks seat back and turns dome lite on. Use of a scanner to access GEM will show codes to verify issue.
sound like a relay / turn off anything that makes noise and in the quite listen for a clicking noise when you push the button. Could be located under the hood on the drivers side or under the seats
You should start by checking your fuses under the dash. Should be a small panel under the dash or on the side of it. The panel has a legend which shows the position and title of each fuse.
It should be located on the door side of the seat. look for the button with the indicator light. When it's lit, the seat heat is on... give it a little time to heat up.
