1989 Pontiac 6000 2.8 runs fine when cold. Drive few miles cuts off, fires back up. After warmed up cuts off constantly, restarts normally. One time would not start at all, plugs had spark, had 40psi fuel pressure constantly, injector was not firing. Had no engine codes. Replaced computer but still have same problem.

Well...my ball park guess on this is just a tune up. The engine light is usually showing a misfire. If the plugs are bad then the cylinder is not igniting the fuel and it is flooding out. With what is here this makes sense to me. Let me know what it does turn out to be.
Sounds like the catalytic converter is plugged. Remove the oxygen sensor and check the back pressure.

Have you ever replaced the ignition coil? Sometimes a coil will heat up and break apart inside losing your connection/charge inside it to fire your plugs.
