Flasher? Do you mean the fuse or relay for the emergency flashers? Look in your Owner's Manual. It will have a diagram showing all of this. If you don't have one, get something better. Hayne's Repair Manuals are only about $25.00 and worth every penny. You'd be amazed what you can do yourself when you have instructions and photos. Good luck.

Look under the steering column and locate the fuse box. The fuse box is under the plastic kick panel. Under the panel is a yellow case that holds the turn signal relay.

Locate and replace turn signal flasher/relay 2003 lincoln aviator

the passenger side fuse compart ment is lower dash and will have a lid/door that will prise off the reverse side means behind the fuse block so will have to locat the securing screws for the fuse block and remove to get access to the flasher relay. As an after thought around that year the passenger side fuse compartment was resited to the end of the dash , the bit that gets hidden when door shut so have a look there procedure will be the same . I also have a contrdictary position for the flasher relay if you follow this link it will tell you another place to look , cars can be very frustrating

Where is the OBD II fuse located?

It is with most other fuses and relays under the hood back by the cab on the firewall and should be labled. The owners manual should show you a picture of the fuse/relay panel assembly. If you don't have the manual go on line and google 2003 Lincoln Aviator Service Manual. Good luck!!

2005 lincoln aviator blinkers just stopped working. Replaced bulbs and checked fuses all are fine? Any thing else we are missing?

You will need to check the flasher, it is located under the dash just above the gas pedel, it is in a small black box with removable cover.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
