Bleed master first and then slave get tube on bleed nipple and keep pumping into bottle keeping tube in fluid in bottle so it will not draw air on return stroke some cars can be quite hard too bleed
Much like bleeding brakes. There's a bleed screw on the cylinder. Have a helper push the clutch pedal down while you release air form the bleeder screw. Watch the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder. You can get 2 good pushes on the clutch pedal before adding more fluid.
I would look to see if the clutch master cylinder is low. It is smaller but like the brake master cylinder. If so check to see if the slave cylinder on the bell housing is leaking or the master cylinder is leaking. Low fluid or no adjustment will make it hard to get in gear.
You might want to flush and re-fill slave cylinder and bleed the system.Use only the recomended fluid,sounds like either air in system or too light weight fluid in cylinder.when hyd. fluid gets hot it get thin when its cold it stays thicker.Is there a heat sheild missing? Hope this helps.
check the fluid level in the clutch resorvoir if its low fill it up and see if that helps then check for leaking fluid on back side of clutch cylinder and under dash where the clutch pedal attaches to the cylinder next to firewall
First, unless you have just done some clutch work you should not need to be bleeding the clutch hydraulic system...that shows that it's leaking. There is nothing inside the bellhousing that has anything to do with clutch fluid, so, the fluid you see is either engine or transmission oil (rear main seal or seal on trans input shaft) Could it be that the clutch slave is leaking and it's running down and dripping at the bottom of the housing? (clean it up and check that)
