Seat belts are usually not repairable. The only thing that can be done is to check and make sure nothing is stuck in it or that it is not twisted. You have the kind that is in the seat back itself. These are a little more difficult to remove from the seat because it is so easy to break the plastic trim covers.Best thing to do if not familiar with auto repair to go to the dealer or auto repair shop that you trust and have them repair it.Good luck.

I have a 1998 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, Supercharged.

Question edited for typos and add some spaces..
Question moved to model category.

You just fit a Bypass Pulley. This takes the place of the AC compressor, the belt and routing stay the same.

The right passenger seat belt will not pull out. It seems to be stuck in the "housing "for the belt on the side floor of the vehicle

Take off cover and check it out. Worst case New Seat Belt Assy and you will need the special torx type driver socket just for seat belts to remove it
