You are talking about the VSA activation indicator (triangle with exclamation point in the middle):
This indicator has three functions:

It comes on as a reminder that you have turned off the vehicle stability assist (VSA) system.

It flashes when VSA is active.

It comes on along with the VSA system indicator (the rectangle with VSA in it) if there is a problem with the VSA system.

This indicator normally comes on for a few seconds when you turn the ignition switch to the ON (II) position, and when the ignition switch is turned to the START (III) position.

Hope this helps you understand the problem.

I have a 2006 Honda CRV and the lights are lit up VSA, ABS and triangle. Was told the VSA needs to be replaced and that it is spendy. How much would it cost to have those to be turned off or reset

try resetting using a scan tool
get a good used one from the wreckers
as they all work of the wheel sensors for the ABS , check for wire or sensor failure
have the fault codes read to determine what sensor is failed

VSA,ABS,Brake,and triangle w/exclamation constantly on

Vsa,abs, and brake all work off of the same sensor. You have a problem with one of the following system. Vsa vehicle stability assist, abs anti lock brakes, or the brakes themselves. My guess is either the abs or vsa

Vsa and abs lights on for 2005 honda crv

Check to make sure that your ABS wheel sensor is bolted firmly to the hub and that the wire that comes from it is plugged in properly. sometimes they look like they are plugged in but are not fully locked in.

2006 CRV - VSA light and triangle are lit? What

The vsa and check engine light cam on because their is a fault in the system that needs to be looked at.To be on the safe side i would check the oil and transmission fluid .
Try doing a reset. Disconnect battery for a minute, this will clear the code ( light ). If the light comes back then take it auto zone or dealer to have the code read.
You can have the codes read for free at your local parts store like auto zone.
Have them scan it and let me know what the codes are.
