How do I replace the fog lamps on my 2004 Dodge Neon SXT? It looks loike I would have to remove the front clip to get to them. Any easier suggestions? They are really packed in there and I can't get my hands in there to get them out.

The fuel filter is on the top of the fuel tank and there is also a fuel strainer on the bottom of the fuel pump module and under normal conditions these never need to be replaced unless the in tank fuel pump is replaced.
Typically the fog lamp is located in the front bumper assembly. It's usually fairly easy to access and replace these.
Place the car is park, secure parking brake. Use a creeper to scoot under the front end of the car, look up into the bumper. Located the backside of the fog lamp holder. You would usually grab and twist counter clockwise about an inch, then pull straight out. Push in on the bulb while turning counter clockwise until it pulls out of the lamp holder.
These fog lamps usually have a little bit of cushioning grease in the socket. Do not remove the grease or connectivity problems will result with the new fog lamp. Push the new bulb in, turn clockwise until bulb stops turning, release hand pressure.
hi
if you remove the driver side wheel, look the the front of the wheel arch you will see a plastis cover around the wheel arch, pull out the round push-in fasteners at the front part only, the rear of the foglamp is situated there. there is a rubber cover that needs removed to access the bulb..
hope this helps
Answer remove the headlight assembly and the bulbs are located below the Assembly to remove headlamp assembly and access signals: -open the hood -while pushing rearward on the headlamp, pull up half-way on the (white)plastic retaining clip on the electrical connector - align the square cut-out on the retaining clip with the notch on the headlamp -pull the headlamp assembly straight out from the vehicle (moving the headlamp up and down slightly may help with its removal) -locate the front turn signal, parking lamp and foglamp bulbs which are located below the headlamp assembly (turn/parking lamp on top and the fog lamp is below it) -turn the bulb socket 1/4 turn counterclockwise to remove it from assembly -pull the old bulb from the socket and replace it with a new one -turn the bulb socket a 1/4 turn clockwise to reinstall it -reinstall the headlamp assembly carefully so you dont scratch the paint -push down on (white)plastic retaining clip on the electrical connector while pushing rearward on the headlamp making sure headlamp is secure.
The foglamp bulbs can be accessed and removed from underneath the
bumper without tools, although it is a tight fit. Turn the lamp socket
1/4 turn counter-clockwise to remove from the rear of the housing. Note
that the screw in the front of the foglamps is for alignment only and
does not remove the outer lens. The fog lamp housing is attached to the
fascia with two nuts which can be removed with a 10mm socket.
Fog lamps can be added to most Laredo model WJ's that came from
the factory without them. Mopar kits are available that include two fog
lights, wiring harness, and steering column switch. Click HERE for part numbers and other information on these kits.

I own a 2002 neon sxt and recently had to replace the cam sensor it should be in the same place.
look on the right side of the motor you should see it. it'll have a small wire harness that clips in the top and its fastend with 4 bolts. Oh and take the battery out before you do it it makes it a lot easier.
first things first check your fuses for your fog lamps for any type of rust or corrosion and replace them, second check to see if a bulb is blown sometimes if 1 bulb is blown bolth lights wont work, and 3rd check the wires under the car for cuts or burns. if you have too replace them. if none of those work replace your foglamp on/off switch
