Need to wire a dome light to a 1999 jeep wrangler

Need to wire a dome light to a 1999 jeep wrangle.
I have a light that will mount to the overhead roll bar in my jeep. The light has a switch so really all i need is a place where I can connect it and have power. I would like it to turn on when I turn on the floor lights if possible.
Thanks

Check the gas, could be water in it or drive the car with a fuel pressure tester connected to it and watch to see if you lose pressure.
Normal pressure while driving is about 30 to 40 psi

SOURCE: Removing doors from Jeep Wrangler - Dome Light Stays On

I have a 97, and my fuse for that is behind the glovebox. Open the box, slide the end of the strap to disconnect it, then remove the box. The fuse is marked. Something like "Dome lt. elim." I think it's located one up from the bottom right. This can actually be done without removing the glove box. For a more permanent fix, quadratec.com has a switch that plugs into the fuse location and mounts under the dash, so you can just flip the switch. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: my jeep wrangler rubicon has a from diff lock

If you indeed purchased a Jeep Rubicon, 2007 or newer, it has a switch on the dash which operates a moderized sway bar disconnect. There is a detailed discritption of it in your owners manual. The performance they are referring to is in axle articulation, not mileage. Enjoy!

SOURCE: i have a 1999 Jeep Wrangler and the heater fan

If you bypass the resistor pack and connect the motor directly to the fused 12v supply then the fan should run at maximum speed. If so, it's the resistor pack that's blown: a very common fault on a huge number of makes and models.

Fog lights will not turn off on 2002 Jeep Wrangle Sahara

Or you could just pull out the relay under the hood, it's marked fog lights, pull the relay out. If your hi beam indicator is flashing with your fog lights on them selves. Could be the multi function switch. That controls turn signals, headlights, fog, I have seen many of those go bad.

Mine did the same thing. One light I broke off in a snow bank and I just cut the other wire. Problem fixed :)

1988 jeep wrangle

Check your spark plugs. Without good spark plugs the ignition won't ignite. Just go look for Jeep spark plugs at like AutoZone and they are real cheap. To change them you will need a long socket wrench to twist them out and change each one.
