I have adjusted the valves on my 1994 gmc 1500 pickup. It was running fine when I adjusted them. I shut it off let it sit for about 30 min. and started it, it started and ran fine. It sat over night then I started it this morning it started idled for a min. and then died and now will not crank over. What could the problem be?

Have you had any issues with your oil level raising? You could have an injector sticking open slightly letting the residual fuel pressure that is in the line bleed fuel into the engine after shutting the engine off.

yes the egr could be clogged or loosing vaccum check the valve by taking it out or looking to see if the pickup tube on the valve is bad or has a pin hole in it.
